Buy a digital food scale on amazon for $20.

To figure out hoe much of a food would be 3 oz., you're going to have to put it on a food scale and measure out 3 Oz. If you don't have a food scale, I recommend getting one.

In the USA, we often use ounces (oz) to weigh food. In other countries, grams are usually used. You can buy a food scale to weigh your food portions.

An ounce is approximately 28 grams. Three ounces (β€œ3oz”) would be 85 grams.

In smaller quantities, I use grams and milliliters interchangeably when using liquid ounces. The difference is so small at smaller quantities, it doesn’t really matter.

Agree with others: a scale will rock your weight-loss world.

The above is correct if the 3 oz is a weight. Confusingly, there's also "fluid ounces", but the "fluid" word isn't always in there. Sometimes you have to judge from context. (Example: Someone says "I drank 3 ounces of vodka", they're probably talking fluid ounces.)

3 fluid ounces would be roughly 88.7 milliliters.

Most scales will do both imperial and metric measurements - just change to the weight system you are used to.
