Tracking is easier here..I just leave the site open on my laptop and enter after I eat...I should be actually planning what Im going to eat but that never happens...Im single and change my mind a couple of times before i actually eat...lol0

I started September 2010 but my head wasnt in a good place...so I restarted July 2011 and up to ow lost 15lbs...so if you are not ready...then wait if you are ready then go for it :-)0

I have set MFP as my home page so every time I go online it is there reminding me to track my day0
