New Member and Day 1 Complete

I thought I would try this again and see if I can find motivation. I've struggled with weight most of my life and realize I can't do this alone. I've got Day 1 under my belt and excited about where this will lead. Cheers!

    Congratulations on day one! Motivation can be hard to find, but keep looking. Sometimes our "ah ha" moments pop out of the most random daily events. Looking forward to reading your adventures. :)

    Thank you! I've been on a roll with journaling my food, and still trying to get the macro thing figured out. I set a goal for 3 days a week for exercise, and consistently do 2. It's time to get moving more. 1 pound in 17 days. Just keep going I keep telling myself.
