I am looking for suggestions to stop evening TV snak'n. I get home after work and seen to munch up to bed time. Sometimes I'm hungery, some times i'm not. What do you do to stop the feed fest and beef up the energy?

    I chew gum and try to keep my hands busy doing something, such as knitting, counting cross stitch, etc.
  • I just don't buy anything I could snack on at night. If it's not there I can't eat it. Also, just stay busy. Once you create new habits you won't want to eat at night any more.

    If you really feel like you need a snack don't deprive yourself just try to find some that are more healthy and maybe drink a huge glass of water before you eat the snack so that it makes you full....Good luck, you can do it....and in the cases that your not hungry just stop and think a second before you eat it then you may not really want it, thats what I do....
