Does anyone know how to shrink a shirt? In the dryer?

Wash your shirt on the highest possible temperature for the shirt. If the shirt has the possibility of losing its color, then you can add vinegar and detergent to the washing machine.

Put the shirt in the dryer at the highest possible temperature. Leave the shirt in the dryer longer than you normally would.

Wash the shirt again if it is not small enough.

For the most part, this only works on brand new clothes. Of course, it will depend on the type of fabric, but generally speaking, once something has been washed a few times they won't shrink.

    ^This.

Or just get a sewing machine on the cheap and you can always take your own clothes in.
