Under weight

I’m under weight and very self conscious I feel like I look like a skeleton I need help please any advice

    Because you feel like you look like a skeleton, I'm going to recommend you seek professional help. Have you previously been diagnosed with an eating disorder or body dysmorphia?

    Ask your doctor whether you truly are underweight. If so, a trained nutritionist can help you find healthy ways to gain weight.

    Please seek the help of an experienced and caring professional, your primary dr, a dietician, nutritionist, personal trainer. Body image issues can happen to anyone, any gender, any age.
    They can give you advice and tips to reach a healthy weight for you. They can work with you to reach that goal. Don’t be scared to contact them regularly with questions. תפילות

    Could be something physical. Has your doctor done a colonoscopy? They should investigate into crohns or other issues.
