down 126lbs since 2/1/22

Finally broke a buck twenty five a few days ago, and finally under 300lbs for the first time in well over a decade. I've been putting in at least an hour a day of exercise, I usually try to do more, but work sometimes interferes. I've also been limiting food intake to 3-9pm, which has been mostly successful, although we tend to be a house that eats dinner later, so sometimes I go over by half an hour, but usually that means I don't eat anything til then anyway except maybe a bowl of grapes or a little yogurt.

Still have ~60lbs to go, but I'm happy to be where I am now.
