Side tracked

Hi, When I first started this site in August, I was doing really well. I even lost 3 lbs. I was so happy for that. Well, now needless to say I have been side tracked somehow. Yes, I know how it happened. I allowed temptations to get me. :frown:

I am now hoping to get back on track. I would love some extra motiation and support. Please feel free to add me in oder to give motivation and supprot and I will do the same for you. :smile:

My goal is to lose 30 pounds.
I can use all the help I can get. :smile:

    I started MFP around August as well and got sidetracked around the same time when I had to travel. I'm back on the wagon and have been logging food for the last 2 weeks and working out. Started to lose weight too! :)

    The important thing is that your back and moving forward. So keep it up!

    My 2 cents: Even if you slip, log the food in, weigh in, get back up and keep going!
