Hello everyone, I’m back on the struggle bus. But I know it’s a lifestyle. I am 61 years old, African-American, married, female with four grown children. So here we go I had gastric bypass surgery back in 2006 lost all the weight (397 start-lowest 137)felt great. But have found myself because of a sedentary lifestyle, empty nest syndrome, and a job which requires little movement back to 199 in pounds! So I am on the journey now. I feel like a child eating so many new foods, such as vegetables, but I’m committed to a new lifestyle and to taking better care of myself. Looking forward to listening to others journey on the struggle bus ❤️

I'm riding the "struggle bus" too. (Insert eye roll)... Lost weight, only to get a bit to comfortable and gain it back (heavy sigh) ... I'm determined to lose this weight and put full energy and focus on how to maintain my weight (something I've never been good at)...
Good luck on your weight loss journey...YOU GOT THIS!
