Hi everyone! My name is Bill and new to myfitnesspal. I am trying synch my with my apple watch. I can figure it out. Any advice? Thanks

You have to use the health app and turn on all the activities. My work outs register for me. I hope this helps.
On the apple health app, goto the top right corner and click on your profile then tap on apps. Choose MyFitnessPal turn on everything.

When the watch records a workout for me, I usually first check that the workout is showing in the iPhone's Fitness app. Then when I open the MFP app, the workout shows there. I still use the sync function under "More" in the MFP app to make it show up on the MFP website right away.0
