I went pretty over on my sodium intake today. Stupid sneaky sodium! Would drinking lots of water help or does that hinder? is there anything to do to help get rid of it?

water helps everything....sure water can dilute the sodium a bit0 -
Take a shot of apple cider vinegar & that should help, too. If you don't want to do that, water is a great help, too!0

Here's a little piece from a google search I did.
"Apple cider vinegar breaks down fatty, mucous and phlegm that are in the body therefore improving the health and function of your liver, bladder, and kidneys. It also helps thin the blood, which prevents high blood pressure. It also promotes digestion, the assimilation in the body and the elimination process. It helps get rid of toxic substances that can be harmful. It has been said that if you take a mixture of cider vinegar and water before a meal it will help prevent diarrhea or digestive upsets. This works especially well for picnics when food is left uncovered and not refrigerated for long periods. The potassium in apple cider vinegar also is helpful in easing the symptoms of common colds and allergies. Potassium is essential to healthy bones and teeth and it’s good for hair loss. "
I found it here:

Water is honestly the most nutritious thing for you on this planet. It helps your skin feel hydrated, and flushes toxins from the body.. including sodium. Be sure to never weigh yourself after drinking a lot of water though, which is pretty obvious, as the scale numbers will creep up from all the water weight.
What I do is I drink a bottle of water before every meal. This helps me eat less and flush out all the sodium after I'm done eating.0
