Can't edit food portion on food diary

yep I complained about this already to support, so far nothing. Seems like such a small thing but it makes it so much easier when you can go in and edit a quick edit.1

I am sure I will get flamed for this but at least once a week I am reminded how annoying this website is lmao. So it really doesn't surprise me that they aren't fixing an issue like this.0 -
And now I can't even add anything to my food diary and the day isn't even done. NM, I tried under a new tab. But still getting the same error as everyone else.0
-
Who can we report this problem to?0
-
Well it appears as though the myfitnesspal people have no intentions of fixing this major flaw, soo .... does anybody have any suggestions for other food tracking apps that also link up with the Fitbit watches? I wonder if Fitbit is aware of this issue and their potential for loss of user base?1

Does it really take over a week to solve a simple problem?0
-
Me too. Same error message message when trying to modify food entry already logged - "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later." Been trying for several days.0
-
PS -- this error message does not come up when trying to modify item in exercise log.0
-
This is a pain in my gluteus maximus.1
-
For the past several days, the website won't let me modify an entry after it's made. I get a popup that says "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later."
I can add new entries and delete existing ones, but not change an existing one.2 -
Yes, I have nonstop the same issue now. I can do it in the mobile app, but not on web browser (Firefox).2
-
Yes, its being a pita! Its been days, lets get this fixed already!

Same problem2
-
Still having this issue since about 2 weeks now.2
-
It's 7/18/23 and the issue is not resolved. Same problem here.2
-
Issue still not resolved, come on tech team, do a refresh back to before this issue started. Its been over a week now with this same error message coming up.

Same problem

Others have also stated that the problem is not limited to just the free app versions. Even the paid for "Premium" version has the same debilitating bug.0
-
Just an FYI for all, it is fixed now, at least for me. Check it out.1

Fixed for me too. At long last!1

Fixed 7/18/23: Users see the error The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later when clicking on items logged in their Diary
I was very hopeful when I read this, went to finally edit a food (tried multiple already) and got this:
The numbers 4 0 4 with a photo of a peach replacing the number 0.
The page you were looking for could not be found.
Return to myfitnesspal.com
Nothing fixed1 -
Just worked for me. So it is fixed?0
-
The first part seems to be fixed in the main diary page. But the food editor still returns A "404 error The page you were looking for could not be found." if I try to edit (calories, Fat Carbs, etc...)
So... nope.. not fixed yet...2 -
Works for me editing again, ff and win100
-
Editing a logged item in your dairy is fixed. Trying to edit the information of a database entry is still broken. Continuing to get a 404 error.0
-
Same for me. Today marks 14 days like that. Took 9 days to fix the diary maybe they'll get the editor done in another 4.1
