motivation buddy

I just joined myfitnesspal and really need some motivation.
This is a list of what I want to accomplish:

Eat enough throughout the day to not over eat at night
Drink lots of water to avoid bloat, and to feel fuller
Always have vegetables at lunch and dinner. And eat them first!
Eat protein to stay fuller
Keep added sugar to a minimum
Only eat when truly hungry
Go to my room early to avoid the temtations of the kitchen
and to learn One serving is enough, whatever I want will still be there later

I want to go through my list and each week focus on one thing while maintaining the past ones. This week I want to eat enough throughout the day to not over eat at night because this has been a huge problem recently.
If anyone wants to join me on this they are more than welcome, or you can even use your own list and we can keep each other motivated and make sure the other stays on track.

    Welcome! That is quite a fantastic list! I don't really have a list (yet) but those goals are very similar to my own.
