Evening everyone,
Anyone in the UK and in their late 40’s or 50’s following Keto or low carb? I’m looking for some accountability friends to help each other keep motivated and on track.
And if you’re into yoga too (I’m a novice but love it) I’m looking to follow 30 days of yoga programs in addition to free weights.
I’m looking to lose around 2.5 stone.

I think the biggest thing about Keto is whether you are up to it or not. If you are undergoing any metabolic issue (diabetes mellitus), low-carb is the meal plan for you.
"I can't imagine a life with pasta!" or "I can't live without bread!" You may try a Mediterranean diet/meal plan. There's a little pasta or rice for you and puts you only 20 carbs ahead of Keto.
