Hello

I am kind of new to this program. Had it on my phone but just never used it but now since I'm on this new journey I figured what the heck let's see how it works out. I am a 52-year-old with at least 150 lb that I would like to lose. I have been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. At this moment I am not on insulin nor any kind of medication and I would like to keep it that way that's why this fitness journey is so important to me so wish me luck and keep me in your prayers.
