Here we are lol.. 28 from Arizona!! Would like friends to keep me accountable please!! On my semaglutide journeys as well.. started shots july 15th!!

    I am 8 days in and 5lbs down. So excited but as with any diet plan I worry that it will stop working and I am enjoying not getting hungry or having cravings. I did have a bit of nausea with my second injection but it has subsided and I am feeling really good. Please share your experience.

    I feel good so far definitely a lot less bloating and im not as hungry hahah ive lost 4 pounds so far
