Any helpful hints on FILLING foods that are low in calories would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome:flowerforyou: I am fairly new to so not sure on all what is the best to eat yet, for myself I find that a baked potato sticks with me and fills me up, I spray a little I can't believe it's not butter on it to avoid a lot of calories and fat. Good luck to you and your husband:smile:
