Dave, does this work for all life decisions?
Jenbo, go for the good dark stuff. A small piece will satisfy your cravings. :flowerforyou:0 -
Although I absolutely LOVE Dave's answer, what i've been doing that has helped me a ton is I keep a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips in the freezer and then take a TBS or two out and munch on them...slowly. I don't just pop the whole handful in my mouth at one time, kinda defeats the purpose. But those little guys aren't that high in cal. if you eat 1 TBS, and they fix that dangerous chocolate crave!0

If you tend to overdo it when giving yourself just a liiiittttllleeee tiny treat...then I suggest you give yourself one week with no chocolate. Just one week. When you start craving chocolate, pick up your favorite fruit and enjoy it. Stop thinking about chocolate. I swear, it puts us in a hypnotic trance.
Just one week without it. Works for me. My cravings go away and I stop thinking that I need it, just a bite, every day.0 -

its a trick to get your priorites in line with your goals..
another solution-
get naked again -
take your piece of chocloate and scotch tape it to your hip-
like that look? pop the chocolate in your mouth and wait
dont like the look? throw the chocolate away..
(p.s.- if you pop the chocolate...remove the tape first)0 -
Interesting.
So, if I'm thinking of having a sub for lunch, should I tape that to my hip before making my decision? If so, what kind of scotch tape would work best?0 -
