Healthy crockpot recipes please!

Take chicken quarters ( 6 medium to large)
4 cloves of garlic
1 challot
2 -3 sweet potatos cut into 1.5 inch wedges
1/2 cup water
cajun spice to taste
3-4 carrots, peeled and cut into larger chunks
turn on low... and leave for 7 hrs... yummy!
sub in/out root vegetables and or spices your like
serve with whole grain bread and a tablespoon of taziki sauce... YUMMY0 -
