A couple of apples, oranges, a bunch of grapes, two eggs. The choices are endless.

Usually the easiest way to add more calories if you're getting full too soon is to eat things higher in fat: Instead of lowfat food products, choose full fat. Eat nuts, nut butters, avocados. Use a little more oil/fats in cooking or on veggies and such. Choose higher-fat cuts of meat or fish.

However, if you're low on protein (in grams, not percents), try to fix that as the first priority when adding calories.

Things that help some people are to eat at more times (i.e., more meals or snacks per day to spread the food out more), or to drink some calories (smoothies, juice, etc.)

When I was sick and having a hard time eating enough, I made a smoothie with almond milk, protein powder, fruit for flavor, almond butter for calories. When I felt better, I subbed yogurt for protein powder sometimes. Added ice and blended. Sipped slowly for a couple hours. Could add a lot of calories without feeling that "forced" feeling.

Lol, I always joke about smoking some weed if you can't seem to eat.

Just eat foods that are calorie dense. Avocados, peanut butter, hell even some fried foods.
