when i need a confidence boost, I succeed at something difficult & then I feel great until the feel good brain chemicals wear off and then it’s like the day after Christmas and then I wallow in that for a while until I can think of another thing to do0

I put on a fitted dress or a skirt with heels. That's when I can really see my workout routine is not for nothing. And I'm impressed with myself.0
