I remember being in a high chair and being fed.

I remember getting my diaper changed, and I had a funny habit of relieving myself as soon as they put the clean one on.

My first memory is of our house burning down right after I turned 3. Not the most fun but very vivid.
  • Hmm...I remember when my sister was born, I would have been 4. I remember interacting with pets we had when I was little, around 3 or 4, but I don't remember what age. Definitely something to make you think!
  • I hate this memory. But:

I remember when i was about 3 and the four of us(My siblings and I) went to visit my mother. (Even though we weren't supposed to according to the court order). It was a terrible memory because of her new husband or boyfriend.

Breaking my arm when I was 3. I was jumping off the top of a pop-up trailer with my cousin (who is only 4 months older than me) in my grandparent's yard during a family get-together. Not a smart idea.
  • I don't remember exactly how old I was but 2 sisters were born each a year and another year apart from me I remember my mother bathing me and explaining who she was because while she was in hospital giving birth to one of my sisters apparently I had forgotton who she was when she came back and she was being super nice to me while bathing me. That's all.

This is creepy on the day she died on a flight from Spain in 1999 to England I live in America and it was night time and I woke up suddendly seeing her face and body crash on the seaside ocean waves where her soul would wait until her family has performed the appropriate ceremonies so she can leave this earth and I saw her so many times that month even though I traveled to England to her funeral. weird. It turns all of my family members had some sort of unexplained incident happen. Explain that?

Getting baptized. For some reason my parents didn't get around to having it done to me until I was a toddler, even though my sisters were babies. I remember walking back to the car with my candle. I was probably 2 or 3.

Also remember almost drowning at around the same age. Was on a floaty on a lake and fell off. It was really murky and my dad just barely managed to grab me, by my hair. I remember being mad at him for that!

Between the ages of 2 and 3. My dad was watching me while my mom was at work. I was playing with some pretend make-up my mom had gotten me. My dad made me throw it in the trash can. I remember crying as I threw it away then stomping into the livingroom where he was and screaming,"you son of a b!tch!". Then I stomped to my room and stayed in there until my mom got home.

I know it's true because to this day my mom still tells the story. When she got home the day of the incident the first thing my dad said was,"do you know what YOUR daughter called me?!" lol

    What day is this?
  • Standing in my crib in a somewhat dark room. I think I woke up because my dad came home from work. I remember seeing my mom sleep in the bed (my crib was in their room), and my daddy walked up to the crip and said "hi baby" and he picked me up....I love that memory.

I think I was right around 4. I was with my Mom at one of her friends home. Evidently this person was also a friend of my birth father. I was standing on the floor in between my moms knees as she sat in a chair behind me. He walked in to pick something up and she leaned down and whispered in my ear, " Von, sweetie, that's your dad". I remember the whisper and the words but damn..still cant see his face in my mind. And still have never met him.
  • You remember the day you were born? What exactly do you remember?

My earliest memory was when I was about 3,when I fell down the stairs.

I was two and in the hospital from being bit by a poisonous spider. I had to have round the clock care. I woke up and was standing in my crib and I saw my daddy laying in a bed across from me. I was so happy to see him and I was YOU came to stay with me. He said he would be there as he was in the hospital also for something that happened to his knee. That is also when we found out I was allergic to penicillin. They almost lost me I guess from the bite and then the penicillin reaction did not help.

I was probably 1 or 2 but I remember my dad carrying me and my mom covering me with a blanket and leaving the house. It was snowing and they walked me to the car. That is all I remember. I have some memories from when I was 2-3 but the one I just mentioned was my earliest!

My earliest memory is of standing in the garden at my parents on a sunday morning. I know it was sunday because the fish man had just been and I had a big bag of prawns with the shells and heads on. He died when I was 2. I remember that day because my mother wasn't there, so my father was looking after us for the morning and it was the first time that had happened, my mother had never been away before. It was like a light switched on and suddenly I was aware. I looked at my thumb and saw I had a big sore on it from sucking it.

My mother wasn't there because it was the day my little sister was born, and I was 22 months old.

Weirdly, my 4 year old still vividly remembers something that happened when he was 8 months old. Everyone says he can't possibly have been aware that young, but he has talked about it, and really does seem to remember.

I had my tonsils and adenoids removed when I was 2. I remember being in the hospital and when I first arrived back at home.

I was about 18 months old, in the crib. I was crying but nothing was wrong. I was just awake and wanted my mom. The door was ajar, and the hall light was on. She came in, picked me up, and sat on the rocking chair with me in her lap. My legs were so short! And I was only wearing a diaper. She sang my favorite song over and over - "Whenever I hear the song of a bird." I remember the sound of my voice asking her to, "sing it again, mommy." She'd chuckle and say I was just trying to stay up and not go back to bed. I have no idea how long we sat there with her singing. But I asked her many times to sing it again. I've described the room to my mom, and because of how often we moved given my father's military status, she was able to pinpoint about how old I would have been.
