    I'm so glad I'm not the only one.!! I worry about myself sometimes. I not only love MFP and addicted to it. I love my MFP friends !

    This^^^ Love it! I am inspired to keep it up. I have even started working out in part because of the "No excuses" point of view many here aren't afraid to share. So many successful people of many ages and weights are doing so well. So can I. Thanks to everyone for your couragous posts.

    Umm...besides going to the bathroom, its the first thing i do in the morning....I'd have to say yes! We may end up needing a support group for the addicts of this support group!!

    I log in before I go to the bathroom!

    I take my iPod with me INTO the bathroom with me. My friends also heard from me DURING my recent visit to the dentist!! Uh, yeah, I'm hooked.
