Wii - My Fitness Coach, anybody use this?

Just looking for some motivation. I've been using this for about a week and a half. I was wondering if anybody else uses it and if you've had any success with it? I'm really enjoying it so far and I try and do at least 30 mins everyday.
If so, what's your usual routine - i.e. how many times a week do you do it, how long for and what sort of level are you at?
