Hi there I'm Sue, 56 years old and have been overweight all my life
I joined WW at 8! With my mother and for many years I was yo-yo dieting
I married at 21 and 16st, slowly went up to 19 1/2
In my early 40s I did a detox style diet and lost 6 stone, I found my body had/has an issue with anything that includes wheat
Over lockdown I went back up to 16st and have struggled to shed the extra pounds, so thought I would give this a go, mainly to try to achieve calorie deficit, which seems a million miles away at the moment

Hey Sue! I too started WW young, age 10, and had great success with it 6-7 years ago. Turning 54 this week and WW isn't work as well anymore. After tracking my first meals here, I can see why! Like you, hoping to find that caloric deficit. Best of luck to you!0
