    Make sure you track your food daily. I find that limiting meals and adding exercise...at least 30 minutes daily works for me. I've had to re-join because somehow I was dropped, so am going under another name. Since I've re-joined, I've lost 23 pounds, and want to lose a minimum of 40. Keep at it, it works.
