Hi Everyone

I'm new here today and needing to lose a lot of weight. About 65lbs in total until I reach my goal weight. I've been doing the Cambridge plan for a couple of months and lost almost 40lbs, now I want to try sticking to healthy eating and start eating real food again to get the final lbs off. I'd love to be at goal by the new year, but I know that's not realistic, so my aim is to be there by my holiday in may.
