Can you help me find this video? (Man lost weight running)

I've seen this video on youtube a couple of times but can't, for the life of me, find it anywhere now.

It's the story of a young man (20s/early 30s) who lost a lot of weight by running. His brother or friend recorded a video of him running on his first day. Some of the quotes are along the lines of "I got fat. Then I got sad. So sad that I lost a relationship." and there is a picture of him hugging a girl but only her back is seen.

There's some quote at the end I love that's something like, "If you want to do something, all you have to do is do it."

I would LOOOOVE some help. Anyone?
