Do you feel more satisfied when your sandwich is cut in two before you eat it? Or if your apple is sliced vs whole?
I do, and this was a habit I had when I was young and thin. The sandwich always had to be cut in half before I could eat it.

yes. it makes me feel like there is more food when it is cut up in pieces.
and I prefer diagonally sliced sandwiches. (making it into two triangles, rather than two rectangles)

Actually yes, I tend to eat slower and I feel like there is more food on my plate. I take my time to chew everything more when it's in pieces. But then again, I tend to rip my foods apart as I eat them anyway, some way or another. Like bagels (which I don't eat anymore), I rip them into small pieces. No idea why haha.0

me too. Actually my sandwich has to be cut into 4, even at subway.0

hahaha...definitely like this. When I eat the lean cuisine panini's I always leave them open faced because then I get 2 pieces and feel like I'm eating more!0
