just thought i'd share..
i've really watched what i've eaten, drinking tons of water and exercising on the elliptical 3-4 times a week so far.. i had a somewhat bad weekend b/c we had our nieces over and that entailed pizza, chips, cokes, etc, but this morning was enough to keep me going- now i just wondered what i could have lost if i didn't eat like an idiot. oh well..

    Good Job!! I think we all have days were we tend not to eat so well, it's part of life, but your changing your life and working out and eating well. Today is a new day, if you slip up it's okay the next meal make it healthier or go for a walk after. Your doing great so far :)
