im finally building the confidence to try the gym does anyone have any recommendations for at home workouts and gym workouts i would love some tips

What is your goal for working out? Do you want to build myscle? Get fitter? Can you walk/run/cycle outside? What equipment do you have?0

Don't be afraid to start with free weights, they will provide more range of motion. Start slow, make sure to warm up before lifting weights and then stretching and cooling down afterwards. Don't worry about what other people think, you are not there for them, you are there for you and everyone had a beginning point so don't compare yourself to others.0

I like Hasfit videos on youtube. They have a lot of choices: HIIT, cardio, strength, and different lengths. they are mostly interesting, and the trainers seem like nice people, not jocks. Does your gym have classes. If so, I recommend signing up. At least at my gym, I have found that the classes tend to attract the beginners, not super-fit people. They are very supportive and encouraging. Not at all intimidating.0
