Getting back on track

Hello Eveyone,
The last few years have been hard and I let myself go. I'm trying to get back on track and as we all know, it's brutal but not impossible. I’ve try different things in the past, like kickboxing and boot camps, although they are great for intense workouts and motivation they become a financial burden. Therefore, I have decided to stop making excuses and take full advantage of my gym membership. I’m full of hope that this site will provide the inspiration, motivation and support I need. Here’s to banding together in helping each other through this journey.
