I'm nervous bc I just started watching what I eat + am 191.5 lbs. I am a dog groomer and want to start my fit n active weight lifting journey. This is day 4 with almost meeting my protein intake and I definitely feel better/different! I hope to find new recipes to help me aquire the proper nutrients and calories! Lmk if you have a favorite recipe and fave beginner work out!

Hello, the best way to maintain a good fit body is calories in vs calories out. Make sure you are burning more than you eat it is as simple as that, and weekends are no exceptions
I don't have a specific diet but I try to meet my daily macros while keeping under my calorie intake I also workout which helps me burn more calories.0 -
Congrats on starting.
Don't go too hard at the start. Remember that correct form and full range of motion trumps ego lifting. And track your progress, so you can progressive overload. There are plenty of apps for that, or make a spreadsheet.0
