I have tried everything to lose weight which includes Lindora, weight watchers, keto, carb manager, joining a gym. I am recently retired and finally have time on my hand to walk and make healthy meals. I have lost weight in the last four days and want to make lifestyle changes instead of just dieting. My doctor suggested track what you are putting in your mouth and you will see you are eating more than what your body can burn - this finally made sense to me!

I spent several hours in the water on my raft and exercising as well. I find this evening I am not hunger and removed my evening meal. Not sure if the sun got me because I can eat even when I am not hungry. Dinner was bbq chicken and a garden salad. I feel more thirsty than hungry. I am sure missing one meal will not hurt me.

You're right, missing one meal won't hurt you. But this is early days, right? Routinely under-eating a sensible calorie goal has pitfalls, can be counterproductive, so it's not something I'd personally aim to do. Didn't, actually, during weight loss. (I figure that whoever loses weight at a sensible rate while eating plenty of nutritious, tasty food is winning.) Faster weight loss isn't necessarily better!

I agree and it seems it is becoming a habit for me. I go down to the lake get some exercise late afternoon early evening. After exercise I am not hunger I just have some sugar free pudding and call it a nite. I need to work on getting dinner in but so far I have not destroyed my goals.
