Story about my suit...

My friend David, sent me this suit as a gift last December. Brooks Brothers, expensive suit with the tags on it, never worn! He sent it to me KNOWING it wouldnt fit, but that he was confident in me, and knew that I would work hard and get into it by the time the holidays rolled around (Im Jewish and the next 2 weeks are the holiest days of the year). The reason Im posting this is because I wanted to send a message that there are other things to measure your success by besides the # on a scale, and to also keep your goals in mind and keep striving to reach them. If you DREAM it, you can ACHEIVE it!

    Thank you for that reminder. My scale has been hovering for the last month or so but I am pulling out clothes that didn't fit before and now they do. BTW congratulations you look great in that suit and what a great friend you have who believes in you.

    Shana tova! What a great way to celebrate a new year. I had to get a new suit as well for the holidays. It was a nice (but expensive) feeling.
