Do you want to be fat?0

Now that above was a trick question, see you can say no! I know you said no to that!0

Well... I don't know about you, but I don't want to go the rest of my life without eating cake and other things I've always enjoyed. I simply learn to take a smaller piece, enjoy it and move on.
For me, it isn't about refusing the things I love... it's about simply learning to eat them in moderation.0 -
You took the first step you said No, now go out and say no!
Here is your badge of honor!

its easy, no thankyou i've already eaten0

It's easy. Just walk away. This life style is about control. Practice it. Live it.0

Do what Miranda did on sex and the city and throw it in the garbage and pour dish soap all over it.
People will think you're crazy but they certainly won't offer you cake anymore!0 -
Don't say no. Just eat less of what you want. For example, I love fast food. I've eaten at BK, Subway, Papa John's, and Jack in the Box over the past two weeks and lost weight. Just count what you eat.0

I don't know. Ask the leftover cupcake I ate this morning. 257 calories wasted. It's manageable though. Salad for lunch with low fat dressing. I wont make that mistake again, it wasnt even that good.0

Don't say no!
You shouldn't deny yourself anything as it'll make you eat twice (or ten times) as much when you eventually give in, which you will. If you fancy it, eat a small portion of what you fancy and make sure you pay for it in excercise.
I've just had a piece of amazing chocolate cake (only half a portion) so now I know when I go to the gym tonight, the first 160 calories burnt, is just balancing out the cake before I get to burn any real calories.
It works for me anyway,
Good Luck x0 -

Great advice people - maybe I don't feel sooooo bad for having a bit!
Two classes at the gym tonight, so I'll be sure to work extra hard!
Thanks all! :-)0 -
I use to know a girl who couldn't say "no". She was very popular...0

Say yes to a thinner piece of cheesecake lol
I think we all have that one food we just can't help but indulge with XD Maybe on the days you have a massive slab of cheesecake, you can do an extra... I dunno... hour of cardio or something lol!0 -

Oh if it's food, I say small portions. I love pizza, I just cut the portions way down. Other then that say No to whatever you want!0 -
I have he same problem! But I think it's all about baby steps and once you master them and soon enough saying no will be easier! Or that's what it's been like for me at least0

Don't say no. Say yes to it all. Eat as much as you want. Don't worry about it.
But wait...didn't you want to be thin and healthy? Well saying no shouldn't be that hard then. If you really want it, the answer is easy.0 -
I only say no when I don't want it that badly.0
-
Cake, I wish I knew how to quit you...0
