    KEN1013-go to http://shadesofbrownchallenge.blogspot.com/ you will find the tag under the EPSILON tab, just copy and paste into you MFP signature line. (don't forget to make the IMG lowercase.)

    ***I checked and you are in the Epsilon group, so make sure to copy and paste for Epsilon***

    I'm in also I am 182 and I would like to lose 12 lbs and also to manage my workout schedule better and not let it manage me! I am focusing on reducing 3 inches in the waist minimum, and 2 inches in the thigh's.

    My goal is to also reduce 10 inches this month!
