Hey,
I am in DESPERATE need of some motivation, as I have a problem with comfort eating. I have so muh going on that the only thing that makes me feel better is food, and it is never healthy food. Everything I eat this food I feel disspointed. I really want to feel confident about my body again and the only way I can do that is kicking the comfort eating in the *kitten* and losing some weight,i just never stick at it. HELP!

It's really hard to get motivated, Try to stay on track and find a friend that is somewhat the same body type and kind of follow what they are doing or make up a little competition against friends to get some sort of motivation... Sometimes a little friendly competition is all that gets your body moving.. and It's a win win for all who participate! Make sure to keep your food diary open to the public so your friends can comment on what you have done for the day and make sure that you always remember to write everything down and don't eat in front of the TV or while on the go.. Hopefully this helps.0

I would love to be friends with you. I am in the same boat. I have a food problem. I eat for comfort, and for about any other reason you can think of. We should be buddies and help each other out! What you do say?0
