I am considering going back to the program. I have been off since Christmas and have paid up until August. Wondering if anyone else out there is on the program?

    I'm not on the program, but your post did sound intreging, is it like weight watchers time diets?

    It is a UK based program. Basically they claim to retart your metabolism and lose up to 10 pounds a month. I never lost 10 pounds in a month but I did lose 19 pounds in about 10 weeks. The program analysis' your bloodwork to determine your meal plans. It also limits your carb intake. Apparently the program is not available in the USA.
