I am 5ft, 128lbs and 22 years old on Sunday. I have an office job which means I am very stationary 40 hours of my week. I walk to work nearly every day which takes roughly 40-45 minutes and I do not have a car so most days I walk at least 2-4 miles. I go to the gym 3 times a week, run 5k every Thursday and do kickboxing on Mondays. Because my work is sedentary but I work out a lot I put myself as Lightly Active and it has given me a calorie goal of 1230.
Until recently I have been satisfied with the food I am eating but since my Personal Trainer has upped my strength training and cardio routines I am starving or sluggish a large amount of time but I am absolutely terrified of upping my calories. Should I switch up to Active because I am working so hard at the gym I’m nearly sick or keep it as Lightly Active due to my job and just sneak extra calories when I am feeling like I need a nap?

I would keep it at lightly active but eat your excercise calories. What is you goal set at? It should probably be at lose 1/2 a lb or 1lb per week since it looks like you are fairly close to your goal.0

Make sure you're getting the right exercise logged in and it should account for the extra calories you need on hard days. On days that aren't so hard, you won't need as much anyway.
I too am at my desk for the majority of the day, but break it up with walks and dance parties at my desk. Saturdays I teach swimming lessons for 3 hours which if I swim the whole time is another half to 3/4 days worth of calories for me. I make sure I eat them or Sunday morning I'm famished.0
