Hello all MFP Family...
Well, I've done it! I have reached Goal #1 of 3. When I started I was 300lbs... this morning, I weighed 239lbs.

I started in feb of 09...yo-yo'd then got very serious when my wife and I discovered this site...been here since june...started here at 274lbs.0 -
