Bloating

I'm having a problem with being bloated more than usual and looking for healthy ways to fix this

do you mean water weight gain? have you tried dandelion tea? not only is it a natural diuretic, but if you add some sweetener and a tiny bit of milk, it tastes good, too. some people like it unsweetened - they tend to also prefer black coffee.0

I noticed a difference when I cut out sugar from my diet. I have cut out any added sugar (no jelly, Nutella, no sugar in coffee or tea, no Ice cream, no cake/cookies). I still consume fruits, which do have sugar, but the fiber in them helps with the sugar digestion. There are days that I am craving something sweet, and I would go for a bite of chocolate or teaspoon peanut butter but try to limit myself. Bloating has gone down significantly for me, and so has my tummy0
