    I am 31. I have used MFP since 2017. I recently came back, as I need to lose 50lbs.
    I am 4 foot 11 inches tall, and currently 165lbs and need to be 120lbs ! I share pictures of my food on my newsfeed for fun. I love dogs!

    Friends posts will show up in your newsfeed. It'll show you their food journal and you can view their foods they eat if they have it public. And you can see any pictures, posts, thoughts they might share there too and support them - and gain support. It's fun.
