Shakeology program

Hi Everyone! I have been tracking my progress for almost 2 months. I have currently lost 21 lbs with the help of shakeology. Trying to see what else I can do to help my progress along. I am a stay at home on with a 4 year old and have 2 more kiddos in school. All 3 keep me so busy that sometimes I don't even get a chance to eat during the day and when supper time rolls around I'm very hungry!
Any advise out there to help my procress and stay on track? Thanks!

    If I may jump in here:

    It seems to me a great program for you to do, as I am doing, is Power 90.

    After a round or 2 of that I plan on doing the Power 90 Masters Series once or twice, p90x 2-3 times, p90x2 2-3 times, and insanity 2-3 times.

    That said, there are other programs like 1-0 minute trainer, chalean extreme, etc. But I would recommend Power 90.

    The best thing to do is to just keep your daily Shakeology going, still watch what you are eating and think about doing something like TurboFire or Insanity as a program to keep that momentum going :) Awesome work so far!

    If you need a quick workout, there is a Fast & Furious Insanity DVD. It's the best moves of an Insanity workout condensed down into 20 minutes. It gives a great burn and is not time consuming. Its also only $20.00 plus tax and shipping.

    But I have done TurboFire, Insanity, Insanity Asylum and now moving on to P90X.

    Yes, a few good programs are Power 90 and Chalean Extreme. They both use resistance bands and/or weights. I would also recommend Turbo Jam and a good cardio program.
