Emotional eating

Hi, I’m 47 years old, I sometimes get anxiety, when that happens I tend to eat foods I’m really not meant to! I will always go for potato chips or whatever is the most unhealthies foods I have in the house!!!
Can anyone suggest how to stop this!!

    Good morning! Just a tip. Don’t have unhealthy foods like chips in the house. If you decide to eat them, go out and buy it. A step that slows me down from eating junk. Hope it helps!

    Agree with above. If you have trigger foods, don't keep them in the house. Put new foods like fruit or vegetables in and watch yourself eat those instead. Habitual behavior can be changed.
