    Thanks everyone, It might be all in my mind but it helps to know there are people my age still trying to do their best to be healthy or try to anyway. Its an inspiration to know that all ages can come together to better themselves and to support each other. :happy:

    There are some older ones around, me included, I'll be 55 in June, and have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks ( my weekly weigh-in is Tuesday) tomorrow it will be 3 weeks... So there is hope!!! Best to you always!
