    I too have a real problem with sagging skin under my arms. Actually only one arm is REALLY bad. I really didn't think there was any hope.

    Wow! Great transformation. The arms are amazing. At (almost) 50 yrs old, I am not sure about my ability to get that tight! But I am hopeful!

    25/25/50 fat/carb/protein....i am firm beleiver in protein...if you are doing any type of working out daily and hard. I would advise anyone to atleast get their body weight in grams a day. esp for muscle building.
