thanks every one and all i can say is lift heavy, protein, and cardio! it all works together and yes there is a science to it!

25/25/50 fat/carb/protein....i am firm beleiver in protein...if you are doing any type of working out daily and hard. I would advise anyone to atleast get their body weight in grams a day. esp for muscle building.0
