    3. Not Afraid Eminem
    4. Linkin Park Numb
    5. Anything Evenessence
    6. Any upbeat country lol

I have a very wide variety of intrests when it comes to music, but right now it is most if not all Eminem when I am working out cause I LOVE the lyrics, the beat and many of the songs get my blood pumpin and get me PISSED to GET IT DONE lol
    For EX from Not Afraid:
I'm not afraid (I'm not afraid)
To take a stand (to take a stand)
    Everybody (everybody)
Come take my hand (come take my hand)
We'll walk this road together, through the storm
    Whatever weather, cold or warm
Just lettin you know that, you're not alone
Holla if you feel like you've been down the same road (same road)

And I just can't keep living this way
Sooo starting today, I'm breaking out of this caaaaage
I'm standing up, I'ma face my demons
I'm manning up, I'ma hold my ground
I've had enough, now I'm so fed up
Time to put my life back together right now! (now)

Totally speaks to me! When I want to give up or not get up and get going on my work out I listen to this song lol gets me going. :)

    My top songs are
    Bootylicious - Destiny's Child
    Jumpin' Jumpin' - Destiny's Child
    Lose Yourself - Eminiem
    Push It - Garbage
    Not Afraid - Eminem
    Nth Degree - Morningwood

Sweat by Snoop Dogg is awesome too, and I've been meaning to put Jai Ho by the P.ussycat Dolls on my tracklist too! :D
I updated my soundtrack to add a few new songs (Mainly David Guetta and others over 130bpm) and did my fastest and longest run... yet felt slower :D Was awesome.

"Lose Yourself" is the ONLY rap song in my entire iTunes library, and an AWESOME song to run to...especially the line that goes "Feet don't fail me now" :)

That and "Success is my only motherfu---ing option - Failure's not"
I love Eminem, I actually have a lot of hip-hop and rap in my playlist, but Lose Yourself is one of the most inspiring to hit the pavement with.. the whole song is about rising beyond what's expected of you - and just taking the moment.. and i love that.

  • Now I feel so weird with my music tastes since so much of my stuff is foreign!

Right now I've been listening to InCulto which is a Lithuanian ska/funk band. The lead singer grew up in Colombia which makes it really awesome to hula hoop or otherwise dance to.
Also Helena Paparizou, or her previous group, Antique which is from Greece.
Don't get me started on Turkish music!

I know you're looking for pumped music, but I also like cool down tracks...current favorite is the remix of Country Roads, by Pretty Lights....takes me home :)
