Hello Everybody. Hope you all are burning those calories.

I was introduced to myFitnesspal and I must say I've never found another service that really let me realize that I eat way too much. I live on this site (literally), enter even a sweet (if I eat it). I would like to say thanks to "kutechick" for introducing me to MyFitnessPal.

    I feel the same way. This is a great website. It has all the foods, even restaurant meals. I just joined last week and love it. I have really started to be more conscientious of what I eat now, since seeing the actual calorie, fat, carb content. It's really helpful.
